If your game has no sound, see if you haven't checked any of the items below and check them if so.
■ Device Settings
- Is your device on manner mode?
- Is your volume set low through silent mode or the like?
- Is your device on headphone mode?
Note: If your device shows Headphones when you adjust your volume, you may be on headphone mode. End headphone mode, then see if there's sound.
Note: The steps and notations differ to operate devices depending on the specific device you're using. Please refer to your device's manual or help section on the website.
■ In-Game Settings
- In Menu > Settings, set Music and Sound Effects to ON.
- If you check the settings and the issue is not resolved, please try the following.
- Close applications other than Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete and any unnecessary browser tabs.
- Close and restart Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Complete
Note: Be careful not to delete (uninstall) the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete application itself from your device. - If restarting Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete does not resolve the issue, restart your device.
- From the title screen, tap the top-left Main Menu icon, then tap Data Restore.
