If you are already logged into your Nintendo Account on your device when you store or transfer your save data, you will not be asked to enter your email address and password. As a result, if you have multiple Nintendo Accounts, it is possible that you logged into a different Nintendo Account than intended.
Please make sure the Nintendo Account logged into on the device you used to store your Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete data matches the Nintendo Account logged into on the device you are transferring the data to.
