We have received inquiries about transferring save data from Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, such as:

In many cases, this is because the Nintendo Account used to store the save data is different from the Nintendo Account used to log in to transfer save data. Be careful about which account you are using if you have multiple Nintendo Accounts.
▼ Reasons for different Nintendo Accounts
If you are already logged into your Nintendo Account on your device when you store your save data, you will not be asked to enter your email address and password. As a result, it is possible that you logged into a different Nintendo Account when you transferred (downloaded) your save data.
Please make sure the Nintendo Account logged into on the device you used to store your Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete data matches the Nintendo Account logged into on the device you are transferring the data to.
