I've forgotten my Nintendo Account password.
You can reset your password by using "Forgot your password?" (https://accounts.nintendo.com/password/reset) on the Nintendo Account sign-in page.

I've forgotten the email address I used to register my Nintendo Account.
You can resolve this by the following methods.
■ Search by the email address you're using
① Open the Nintendo Account log-in screen
* You can access the log-in screen from this URL: https://accounts.nintendo.com/
② Select Forgot your password?
③ Enter your email address and press Submit
If you receive an email, that is the address you used to create your Nintendo Account.
If you do not receive an email, the following could be the cause of the issue.
・ This is not the email address you used to create your Nintendo Account.
・ You incorrectly entered your email address.
・ Your email settings are set to block incoming emails
■ Confirm your email address by checking the the email you received when your Nintendo Account was created
When you create a Nintendo Account, you will receive an email titled "Nintendo Account Creation" from no-reply@accounts.nintendo.com.
Please see if you still have this email.
